Every student has unique strengths, interests, and university goals, which is why we offer three flexible graduation pathways designed to help your child succeed in higher education and future careers.

Regardless of the pathway your family chooses, our experienced staff, including counsellors, IB coordinator, and subject teachers, work closely with you and your child to ensure they're on the right track. We can adjust pathways as your child grows and their goals become clearer.

At Panyaden, your child can choose one of these pathways:

IB DIPLOMA PROGRAMME (YEARS 12 - 13)

The International Baccalaureate Diploma is one of the world's most respected pre-university qualifications. Universities globally recognise IB students for their critical thinking skills, cultural awareness, and well-rounded education.

To ensure both depth and breadth, the IB offers six subject areas. Your child will study six subjects over two years, which can be chosen in various combinations:

Studies in language and literature (like English or Thai Literature)
Language acquisition (Spanish, French, Mandarin, or English Acquisition)
Individuals and societies (Economics or Psychology)
Sciences (Biology, Chemistry, or Physics)
Mathematics (two pathway options available)
The Arts (Film or Visual Arts)

Plus, the IB Core - what sets IB apart:

Theory of Knowledge (ToK): Explores how we acquire knowledge across different subjects
Extended Essay (EE): A 4,000-word research project on a topic your child is passionate about
Creativity, Activity, Service (CAS): Real-world experiences that build character and community connection

Assessment and Grading:

External exams in May of the final year
Each subject scored 1-7 points (7 being the highest)
Maximum total: 45 points
Minimum to graduate: 24 points
Must complete all CAS requirements

Panyaden High School Diploma (Years 10-13)

Our WASC-accredited diploma, also recognised by the Ministry of Education of Thailand, is accepted by universities in the US, Canada, the UK, and worldwide.

Graduation Requirements: Your child will earn credits each term by successfully completing courses:

English: 8 credits
Mathematics: 7 credits
World Languages: 7 credits
Science: 7 credits
Social Studies: 6 credits
Physical Education: 3 credits
Electives: Additional credits in areas of interest

Additional Requirements:

Complete Pre-CAS (Years 10-11) and CAS (Years 12-13) programme

Panyaden High School Diploma with IB Course Certificates (Years 12-13)

The pathway is ideal for students seeking a flexible and personalised high school experience. It combines the High School Diploma with the academic challenge of selected IB courses to highlight the learner’s strengths and personal academic interest. This option allows students to gain university recognition for IB-level coursework.

Additional Requirements:

Complete Pre-CAS (Years 10-11) and CAS (Years 12-13) programme
