Panyaden Admissions Journey

The school accepts applications throughout the year. Term 1 begins in mid-August, and term 2 begins in early January. A mid-term entry is at the Principal’s discretion.

Complete all form fields and upload the required documents to finalise your application. Once the completed application is submitted, you will be contacted by our admissions office to advise on the next steps of the application.

Please see below the list of required documents:

• Student photo (a passport-like photo)
• Copy of student’s birth certificate (if the language is not Thai or English, a translated birth certificate is required).
• Copy of the student's and both parents/guardians’ passport information page or Thai national ID card.
• Two academic years of school reports, if available, including progress reports and the most recent term report. Reports not in English should be officially translated into English and submitted along with the original version.
• Standardised test scores, if available.
• Copy of up-to-date immunisation record, if available.
• Copy of the health or medical record that may affect the student’s access to the school programme, if available.

We understand that every child learns in their own way. To help us understand your child better and consider how we may be able to support them, we kindly ask parents to share the documents listed below when applying. Full disclosure is expected, so these should be included as part of the application process.

• Individualised Education or Learning Plan (IEP or ILP)
• Learning support reports and testing results
• Reading support reports and testing results
• Occupational Therapy (OT) reports
• Speech and Language services report and testing results
• Psychological or psycho-educational testing results and reports

An application fee of THB 3,000 will be collected to process your application.

Our Admissions Officer will contact you to set up an appointment for your child's academic assessment and interview. The admissions decision is determined by the Principal in consideration of the application as a whole, including documents, assessment, and interview.

Parents will receive an official email confirming the offer of a place at Panyaden International School, along with an invoice for tuition and fees. Parents have seven (7) working days to complete the payment to secure a place and confirm enrolment.
