  • Strengths in education in the broadest sense and in human resources management, including team building in the context of experiential educational and staff training.
  • Initiated three types of specialised camps called “Challenges and Adventures” in April 2006: for youth with behaviour issues; youth with learning difficulties and gifted youth.
  • Presented two workshops on “Experiential Education for Special Needs Students”. At the “Quebec Provincial Special Educators Conference” in March 2009 and at the “Association for Experiential Education International Conference” in October 2009.
